Mean analyses |
This procedure calculates meta-analytic means. You can
specify a filter, useful for subgroup analyses. |
|
|
Linear models |
Linear models might be useful to several aims such as
comparing two or more groups, controlling for potential
confoundings, or assessing the heterogeneity of the
findings by means of meta-regressions. |

|
Family-wise error correction |
The family-wise error correction is attained by running a
subject-base permutation test and obtaining a distribution
of the maximum statistic. This distribution is then used
to threshold the meta-analysis images obtained in the Mean
or Linear Model calculations, resulting in a corrected
p-values map. |
