SDM exploration of the results
Creation of a mask
Masks are used in SDM to posteriorly extract the values in a coordinate or region from all studies and analyses. Masks are saved in separate mask_*.nii.gz files, which can be used in more than one meta-analysis.
To create a mask
Press the button [Create mask]
or:
Select [Create a mask] in the Tools menu, to open the following dialog:
Command-line and batch usage
mask type, numbers
Examples:
m25_0_m20 = mask coordinate, -25, 0, -20
left_amygdala = mask label, 41
